Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 9e999 online casino and sports betting platform ("the Platform"), accessible at https://9e999.app. The Platform is operated by 9e999 and is directed at adult users located in Bangladesh. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms as they stand at the time of your use.

9e999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 9e999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, bonus terms, or other communication, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 9e999 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. The Platform does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be the registered account holder. You may not operate an account on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of 9e999, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the Platform or had a previous account closed for violation of these Terms.

9e999 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. The Platform implements age verification procedures at the point of registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Documentary proof of age — such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence — may be requested at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and all deposits will be returned to the original payment source.

9e999 further reserves the right to request additional identity documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of 9e999 services, you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 9e999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 9e999 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any winnings accrued across those accounts, and permanently ban the associated individual from the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 9e999 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings. You must notify 9e999 immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. 9e999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

• Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• 9e999 reserves the right to verify the identity of any registered player at any time.
• Accounts registered using false or misleading information will be closed and any associated funds forfeited.
• The Platform currency for all accounts is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 9e999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 9e999 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed on the cashier page within your account. 9e999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for verifying any fees imposed by your payment provider before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours, Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the account ("same-source rule"), unless an exemption has been specifically approved by the 9e999 payments team. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant provider.
• 9e999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or source of funds checks.
• Withdrawals associated with suspected fraudulent activity will be suspended pending investigation.
• Any bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your balance must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed — see Section 5 below.
• 9e999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers once a withdrawal has been successfully initiated on the Platform.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

9e999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, VIP programme rewards, and seasonal promotions linked to events such as the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by 9e999 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting funds become available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 9e999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.

• Bonus funds obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or abuse of promotional offers will be voided and the associated account may be permanently closed.
• 9e999 reserves the right to amend the terms of any ongoing promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal amounts, with reasonable notice.
• Free spins, where awarded, are valid for a limited period as specified in the promotion. Expired free spins and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited.

Players who participate in the 9e999 VIP programme — comprising Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers — are subject to the specific VIP programme terms communicated to them at the time of tier enrollment. VIP benefits including cashback, reload bonuses, and dedicated account management are discretionary and may be adjusted or withdrawn by 9e999 at any time.

Section 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the 9e999 Platform — whether from third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, or original 9e999 titles such as Mines Grand — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. • Any evidence of match-fixing, collusion between players, or exploitation of software errors must be reported to [email protected] immediately. Players who knowingly exploit software errors to gain an unfair advantage will have associated winnings voided.
• Game decisions made by live dealer personnel from third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live) are final and binding.

Section 7

User Obligations

As a registered player on the 9e999 Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Failure to comply may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds at 9e999's discretion.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and at any subsequent identity verification stage.
• You must not use the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment. Commercial exploitation of the Platform — including but not limited to operating a business that facilitates third-party gambling — is prohibited.
• You must not attempt to circumvent any security measure, technical restriction, or responsible gaming control implemented on the Platform.
• You must not use any form of automated software, artificial intelligence, or scripting tool to interact with the Platform.
• You must not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime using the Platform. 9e999 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report any suspected financial crime to the appropriate authorities.
• You must not exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software. Any such issues must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• You must not make false or misleading statements about 9e999, its staff, or its services in any public forum or communication channel.
• You must take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials and must notify 9e999 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account.

9e999 reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these obligations. Where a breach is identified, 9e999 may take immediate action including temporary suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities, without prior notice to the player.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 9e999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification being complete.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently via the responsible gaming tools in your account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the chosen period — you will not be able to reverse it or open a new account on the Platform during that time. Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure: 9e999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 9e999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• The player has breached any of the User Obligations set out in Section 7.
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• The player has opened multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule.
• The player has abused bonus offers or exploited software errors.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Where an account is closed by 9e999 due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 9e999 will communicate its decision and the basis for it to the player via email. Players who believe a closure decision has been made in error may appeal by writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Appeal".

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to an internal complaints procedure — contact [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" to initiate this process. 9e999 aims to resolve all formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
